Weigh IN

  I started in January at 497 pounds today I stepped on the scale and weighed in at 418. that is a total weight loss of 79 pounds.  I would like to here everyone else's accomplishments.

  1. On July 24, when I joined WW, I weighed in at 396.4 pounds. As of last Saturday, I weighed in at 369 pounds. That is 27.4 pounds to date. I am looking forward to weighing in Saturday to see if I hit the 30 lbs.

  2. Hey Jim! I was wondering if you could give me an idea of what types of things you eat on a daily basis since you have been losing weight. I found out I was diabetic about 2 years ago and I have really cut back on my sweet intake and have lost about 30lbs. However, I would like to lose at least 30 more and am not sure what is the best for me to eat. I have cut back in my portions significantly but I'm sure you must have some tips you can share with me.I would also like to be able to run/walk a 5K one day in my life and feel that you are an awesome inspiration. KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB!!!!!

  3. Well Crystal I eat basicly the same thing everyday monday thru friday. Here is what I eat

    BREAKFAST
    8 oz V-8
    Protien Shake (optimum nutrition ) after am work out

    Morning Snack
    1 oz beef jerky
    1 apple
    on heavy am work out days will add more protien ( chicken)

    LUNCH
    Protien- Chicken, tuna, or lean beef (85%)
    1 apple
    DINNER
    Normal meal with my family

    I try to drink atleast 1 gallon of water a day I stay away from soda even diet soda, the aspertaim can increase your appitiete with out you knowing it. If I go out I drink unsweet tea usually.

    In the afternoon bfore my evening work out I will drink another protien shake. I do this to increase the amount of protien I intake daily to build lean muscle and also it takes more calories to digest it. I take in around 100- 150 grams.

    On sundays it is my day to induldge. I kinda dont stick to the diet to give myself a break. I also work out on average 1 hour a day. it varies what I do daily and change it up often to keep it fresh. Hope this helps you out and if you need anything else just let me know.
